Is my information private?

We will never share your personal information. Only during a match will your email be exchanged.

Can I sign up with a friend?

Yes, and our event registration has the option to invite your friends.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, Klique Now is an authorized merchant with Authorize.Net and utilizes SSL and HTTPS to provide the highest level of security during your purchasing process.

Are there equal numbers of men and women at the events?

Our registration process will only allow events to be filled with roughly equal numbers of men and women.

How long is a mini-date?

5-6 minutes. Although it does not seem like much time, most people can tell if there is chemistry, and if they want to meet again. Just a few minutes is usually all it takes to see if there is any interest in a full date or just more conversation later.

How many people can I expect to meet in a night?

Typically ten to twelve.

How soon after the event will I receive my matches?

You are emailed when your matches are available which is typically the day after the event. The email will contain a link to your Klique Now Dashboard to view your matches. Only then will contact information be available (and exchanged).

Who contacts who?

We encourage both parties to contact each other. After all, you already know the other person is interested in meeting you!

How many events can I attend?

As many as you would like... until you find a lasting relationship.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refunds will always be given provided the cancellation is prior to the day of the actual event.
